Just a thought; when I first read Lesson 1 I found the pictures imposible to see detail. I got on Amazon and ordered the book, not very costly as I recall, mine was published/printed in 1990. I can actually see the details, in the book. Hmm, maybe your local library has a copy, unless the publisher took them back too (see below). FYI, the lessons pretty much match the chapter titles, order is changed some.
While my Study Guide is on back order (I paid in full) I'm just reading the material out of the source book. Once I get my Study Guide, I'll read it and review the additional material there. The questions are only contained there, I'll finish those tests and no (real) lost time. No thanks to Ashworth.
I find it hard to believe, I was told by Ashworth that the publisher took all the books back to update them. "You want the most updated material, right?" I am amazed that the publisher had to take back the stock Ashworth had on hand, to update a 25 year old book. Glad there are no firearm design changes, much less new ones, in 25 years.
If I had just read the book, would I have gotten the same education? Hmm...
I know I would have had much less frustration. And could have bought equipment or one of the 25 year old design guns to match the book. ;-) Just saying... LOL
Of course as always "your mileage may vary"...
Good luck to all,
out with the old (2014) in with the new (2015),
2015 will see done what was started in 2014 (graduation?)...
May all enjoy the last few hours of 2014. May 2015 be an even better year.
I have typed to much, I will go study now.
