I am posting this in this section instead of the Student Help Desk because I saw similar subject posts in this section. I failed a couple exams on my Intro to Accounting course. I had significant difficulty with it, one being a glitch which I had investigated but was told one try was timed out. It also occurred on an entire different course, from a different computer. I was told I could just retake it, make the automatic 60 and challenge it with a supervisor, which I didn't agree with. Anyway, back on subject, I retook and passed the exam that I had failed twice which was the one that had the timed out attempt. However, exam 5_05 I failed three times and I have never experienced such before. What happens now? My overall course grade is still passing, or I assume it is. Will the course close out or do I have to somehow retake the failed exam a fourth time? I saw similar discussions where advisors had reset an exam to allow a student another try, after the third failure. I hope I haven't been confusing.
