Hi I sent the "no cost 4th semester voucher" and I was looking at my 4th semester enrollment and it shows that it will cost me the full amount. Why is this ?

Best advice on how to start the research is to use Ashworth's Online library and ProQuest and just select a topic and type it into ProQuest's search engine and also try googling your chosen topic too.
