Just took a test and it is not being counted...?

I just took a math exam and got a 90% on it. I go into my gradebook and it is NOT being counted to my grade. It is showing the 90% with a slash through it. I have NEVER had this happen to me and...

Hi, msdiika is right, in degree programs you cannot retake exams for a better grade. Once you pass them, that's your final grade for that particular exam/assignment. However the assessment portal lets...
